World Fuel in London is seeking a Supply Analyst - Aviation Fuel (Europe) to optimise bulk fuel supply operations across the Europe region from Canary Wharf, London. The role focuses on reliable and cost-effective fuel supply to customers while improving supply chain efficiency and hedging daily positions.

You will manage inventories, schedule deliveries, coordinate with suppliers and haulage partners, and analyse market trends to maximise profitability across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and schedule fuel inventories to maintain optimal stock balances.
• Schedule and monitor pipeline and truck deliveries into inventory locations.
• Ensure timely entry, verification, and processing of bulk transactions.
• Analyse supply and demand trends across inventory locations.
• Create weekly haulage nominations and coordinate with haulage providers.
• Drive continuous improvements and report quarterly KPIs for haulage contracts.
