The role involves negotiating with customers, working with Supply and Logistics, and pursuing sustainable aviation fuel initiatives to support future growth.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial experience in aviation fuels, energy, or related sector.
• Strong understanding of aviation fuel markets and supply chain dynamics.
• Proven track record in delivering commercial growth and business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Aviation Fuels product strategy to drive growth, profitability and retention.
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with airlines, airports, into-plane operators and key customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and emerging aviation markets.
• Monitor aviation market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Lead commercial negotiations and customer reviews to maximise value.
• Collaborate with Supply, Logistics and Operations to ensure reliable product availability.
• Support SAF opportunities and future growth initiatives.
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for investments and expansion.
• Manage portfolio performance against commercial objectives and KPIs.
• Represent the business at key industry events and customer forums.
