• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall BU growth strategy for OEM and aftermarket across global aerospace markets.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year product and services roadmap reflecting customer requirements and market dynamics.
• Drive growth through program wins, customer acquisition, and installed-base expansion.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute inorganic growth opportunities, partnerships, and distribution agreements.
• Collaborate with leadership to set investment priorities, growth initiatives, and market expansion plans.
• Establish actions to improve financial performance through operational excellence and portfolio optimization.
