Job summary

Boeing Training Solutions, embedded at Gatwick Training Campus, offers an engineering internship with the Simulator Engineering team. You will work on Boeing FSTD software models, troubleshoot issues, and update hardware and software under guidance from experienced engineers.

You will collaborate with internal Boeing teams, instructors, pilots, customers and regulators, with potential night shift support. The role is located in the United Kingdom and requires pursuing an Engineering or Software

Qualifications

• Experience in C/C++ programming for simulations.
• Experience in aerospace engineering or avionics is beneficial.
• Pursuing an engineering or software degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop aircraft simulation software models for FSTDs.
• Troubleshoot FSTD technical issues and perform hardware/software updates.
• Verify and validate simulator software changes.
• Support qualification and regulatory activities and work with stakeholders.
• Be available for ad-hoc night shift aligned to FSTD schedules.
