Job summary

Boeing Training Solutions at Gatwick Airport is looking for an engineering intern to join the Simulator Engineering team. You will help develop aircraft simulation software models, troubleshoot FSTD issues, and support hardware/software updates, including verification and regulatory activities.

The role requires strong collaboration with Boeing engineers, FSTD suppliers, instructors, pilots and regulators, with potential night-shift work aligned to FSTD schedules and project needs.

Qualifications

• Right to work in UK; no sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Strong interest in aviation and aerospace engineering.
• Experience with C/C++ programming and simulation/modeling.

Responsibilities

• Embed at Boeing Gatwick Training Campus with the Simulator Engineering team.
• Develop aircraft simulation software models and troubleshoot FSTD issues.
• Perform hardware and software updates, verification and validation of changes.
• Support qualification and regulatory activities with stakeholders.
