Arup is seeking a Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer for its Aviation team in the UK. You will lead electrical design and coordination for aviation facilities, including MRO hangars, working with multiple disciplines to deliver robust, sustainable building services.

You will guide junior engineers, manage projects through all stages, and engage with clients to shape solutions that meet regulatory requirements and net-zero goals. Hybrid UK working options available.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status or eligibility.
• Experience in aviation facilities, especially MRO hangars.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary design teams and deliver projects.

Mansioni

• Lead electrical design and coordination for aviation and MRO projects.
• Manage projects through feasibility to handover.
• Interface with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide technical documentation, specifications and drawings for electrical systems in MRO hangars.
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development.
• Apply aviation-specific electrical knowledge (400Hz systems, power distribution).
• Oversee project delivery and manage budgets and fees.
