Job summary

Swissport is seeking an experienced Operations Support Data Analyst to join the Performance & Planning team. You will be responsible for transforming operational data into meaningful insights, ensuring data accuracy, supporting global reporting standards, and delivering high-quality performance reporting that drives operational decision-making.

This remote role requires travel within the UK to stations across the country and involves partnering with regional and global stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Operational experience in aviation essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational data journey from capture to reporting and insight.
• Produce accurate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Validate data across systems (Dayforce, CargoSpot, DCM, FSC, iCare, ACL).
• Support system administration, DCM compliance and month-end reporting.
• Develop bespoke reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Monitor regional KPIs and align with global reporting standards.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to provide data-driven insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting processes.
