Job summary

Comply365 in the UK is seeking a Director of Technical Publications to lead the consolidation of acquired estates into the One Platform Vision. You will own the estate lifecycle, drive standards, and guide multi-product demonstrations across regions.

Based in North Bristol with a three‑day‑per‑week office pattern, the role requires strategic oversight, stakeholder management and mentorship of technical authors.

Qualifications

• Deep, current knowledge of operational content in commercial aviation.
• Experience with revision control and controlled publication.
• Customer-facing technical ownership on enterprise deals.
• Willingness to say the uncomfortable thing with evidence.
• Comfortable traveling across multiple regions for pursuits.
• Nice to have S1000D or ATA iSpec 2200; migration experience.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery flow, libraries, demo narratives and RFx content.
• Write and keep solution content current across products.
• Manage multi-product, multi-region migrations and TechOps/MRO.
• Oversee the demo environment data and scenarios.
• Lead consolidation and migration storytelling for the portfolio.
• Maintain gaps register and feed roadmap discussions.
