Job summary

AECOM is seeking a strategic, client-focused Aviation Client & Programme Director to lead growth of the Aviation business across the UK & Ireland. Reporting to the Sector Director, you will shape the growth strategy, secure major opportunities and develop long-term client relationships, delivering flagship programmes with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading pursuit, capture and conversion of major infrastructure opportunities.
• Established relationships within the aviation sector with credibility with airport operators and partners.
• Experience developing client strategies, growing key accounts and securing repeat business.
• Extensive experience delivering complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Aviation Sector's three-year growth strategy across UK & Ireland.
• Own the client engagement strategy for key aviation clients with executive relationships.
• Lead pursuit, positioning and capture of major aviation opportunities (> $5M).
• Direct end-to-end work winning for strategic pursuits with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Develop winning strategies leveraging global capability and delivery expertise.
• Expand AECOM's profile through industry engagement and executive relationships.
• Collaborate with global teams to unlock cross-border opportunities and resources.
• Provide executive oversight of major aviation programmes and ensure successful delivery.
