Swissport Clerical Agent at Manchester Airport is seeking motivated individuals to support cargo operations. You will process import/export shipments, handle invoicing, assist with customs clearances and deliver strong customer service to stakeholders.

Shifts include days/nights on a rota basis, with weekends and bank holidays. Prior aviation experience is desirable and IT-literate candidates with good attention to detail will thrive in this role.

Competenze

• GCSEs or equivalent required.
• Flexible to work days, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to learn airline-specific computer systems.

Mansioni

• Accept high value goods including special cargo when required.
• Greet clients and visitors, answer calls and respond to emails.
• Comply with legislation, airport security and SOPs.
• Perform basic warehouse and clerical duties as needed.
• Handle invoicing and processing of import/export movements.
• Assist with routine customs clearance tasks.
• Coordinate with warehouse to meet flight/truck deadlines.
• Support continuous improvement in processes.
