Job summary

Zenith UK is seeking an AV Senior Account Executive to join the PMX team, helping shape high-impact TV, video, audio and cinema campaigns that connect with audiences.

You'll work in a collaborative AV team, supporting day-to-day delivery, planning, and execution while building strong relationships with media owners and internal teams. This is a great step in your media career.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV planning and buying across platforms such as TV, video, audio or cinema.
• Understanding of media market dynamics and audience behaviours.
• Confidence working with buying tools and systems, alongside strong Excel capability
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and build client relationships
• Attention to detail and ownership of delivering accurate, high-quality work
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from and support team members
• Curiosity about the media landscape and motivation to keep developing your expertise

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day delivery of AV campaigns, ensuring smooth running across client accounts and consistent high-quality output
• Lead planning and execution of video and audio campaigns, with opportunities to contribute to TV buying
• Collaborate closely with the AV Manager to meet client KPIs, deadlines and audit requirements
• Build strong, trusted relationships with media owners, planners and internal teams
• Negotiate placements with sales houses to secure effective and high-performing media opportunities
• Maintain financial accuracy and lead on reporting processes, including PCA preparation and presentation
• Stay up to date with AV marketplace developments, sharing insights and opportunities with the wider team
