Job summary

Zenith UK is seeking an AV Manager to join the Publicis Next team, shaping how millions engage with content across TV, video and cinema. You’ll own AV activity from planning through activation and performance review, collaborating with clients, media partners and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll lead end-to-end AV campaigns, manage governance and deliver actionable insights to optimise campaign impact, while coaching junior colleagues and staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, buying and managing AV campaigns, with strong knowledge of TV and the wider video landscape.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues and media partners.
• Excellent organisational skills and confidence managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A collaborative approach and an interest in supporting and developing others.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Commercial awareness and a curiosity about the evolving media and entertainment landscape.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
