The role

Due to ongoing success and growth of their client base, we are now supporting with the hire of an AV Operations Manager working across leading hotels and venues in London. The role will entail preparing for events and overseeing a team of Technicians / freelance resource as well as supporting the sales teams with incoming and proactive enquiries. Supporting with quotes and technical specifications, you will also lead on all communications with the hotel / venue as well as be very client facing.

About you

We are seeking a strong background in audio visual / technical production ideally within a hospitality or venue based environment. Overseeing events and delegating tasks to the Technicians to ensure smooth delivery will be something you thrive on and you will have excellent communication and project management skills.
