Job description

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the senior team in delivering innovative solutions that meet client objectives while aligning with our business goals and financial targets.

Job Description:
Role Purpose:

To ensure the highest quality of all AV output. Collaborate with your Associate Director to identify continuous improvements in our AV products for better client performance. Ensure that wider trading and business goals are met, and that your team develops and progresses in line with their career aspirations.

We work closely with media partners to differentiate ourselves in the market and aspire to be the media agency of choice. During performance discussions, you and your manager should agree on the most effective ways to achieve your objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Develop plans and forecasts for specific clients within the DAN North portfolio.
  2. Utilize all AV planning tools efficiently to deliver engaging and innovative solutions.
  3. Support the senior team in developing best-in-class AV strategies.
  4. Manage all aspects of AV for multiple accounts, ensuring quality control of team outputs.
  5. Maintain expert knowledge of the AV marketplace to anticipate opportunities and threats.
  6. Ensure all AV trading agreements meet defined parameters and targets.
  7. Drive partnerships that deliver strong business results.
  8. Understand and influence the business’s commercial strategies, plans, clients, and media owners.
  9. Build and maintain strong client and media owner relationships to better understand their motivations and needs.
  10. Proactively manage, motivate, and develop team members through regular performance reviews and development plans.

  1. Advanced proficiency in MS Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
