Job summary

CineArk in High Wycombe seeks a Kit Room Technician to support warehouse operations, logistics, and AV equipment handling. You will learn the asset management system, assist with goods in/out, and maintain stock accuracy while meeting deadlines.

Ideal candidates are practical, hands-on, physically capable, with a driving licence and a flexible approach to shifts, including early starts and weekend work when required.

Qualifications

• Manual driving licence.
• Flexible attitude to work arrangements and hours.
• Ability to meet deadlines with consistent results.
• Physically active with moving/handling of equipment.
• Practical DIY skills.
• Common sense and ability to work unsupervised.
• Conscientious and positive attitude under pressure.
• Willingness to adapt to changing duties.
• Computer literacy with MS Office and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Daily warehouse duties including logistics, deliveries, and customer service.
• Goods In – receive deliveries and check paperwork.
• Goods Out – ensure goods are picked, packed and loaded.
• Adhering to warehousing and handling legislation.
• Maintain health and safety, hygiene and security in the workspace.
• Manage paperwork for goods in/out, inventory checks and stock counts.
• Ensure good housekeeping within the Warehouse and departments.
• Ship goods – book shipments and track arrivals.
• Build and test AV equipment for hire.
• Process new products – asset listing and data entry.
• Maintain inventory/stock control and location accuracy.
• Drive vans for delivery/collection; early starts may occur.
