Job summary

M+C Saatchi is seeking an AV & IT Specialist to join our London IT team. The role blends AV management, event coordination and day-to-day IT support to ensure a seamless workplace experience for employees, clients and visitors.

You will manage meeting rooms, AV systems (Q-Sys, Logitech, Sennheiser), coordinate events and pitches around London, and provide 1st/2nd line IT support as needed. Collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing meeting rooms and AV equipment.
• Proven IT support in a corporate environment.
• CTS and ITIL qualifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain meeting rooms and AV equipment.
• Lead planning and support for internal/external events and pitches.
• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support; handle tickets and user assistance.
