About the Role
The Investment Account Manager will be the day-to-day AV lead on our latest client win. It will be a hands-on role with plenty of training and support, offering exposure to clients from day one.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of all client TV and VOD campaigns.
- Deliver gold standard buying and best-in-class work to generate the best results for our clients, ensuring consistent delivery against all buying parameters and audit commitments / client requirements.
- Work closely with the wider investment and comms planning teams from brief to developing media plans, activation, and post-campaign analysis, delivering on all requests across the account.
- Understand our client’s businesses and target audiences deeply, building strong relationships to serve their needs effectively.
- Utilise strong media owner relationships to negotiate and drive value for our clients.
- Be responsible and accountable for the account, ensuring all documents are accurate and finance processes are followed.
- Stay updated on market products and opportunities, and bring innovative ideas that challenge the status quo and enhance our brand reputation.
- Contribute to team growth by mentoring, managing, and supporting juniors, including developing individual development plans.
About You
You are likely an experienced senior executive or junior manager with a few years of AV experience. You seek new challenges and opportunities to expand into new media channels while maintaining your expertise in AV. You are enthusiastic, curious, eager to learn, organized, responsible, detail-oriented, positive, proactive, and ready to contribute from day one.
About Your Experience
- A few years of TV & VOD buying and planning experience, ideally covering both DR and brand with audit experience.
- Strong interest and understanding of AV and other ATL channels, with a desire to develop further in these areas.
- Proficiency in industry systems and tools (Mediaocean suite, TechEdge, TVSquared/Adalyser or similar), as well as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Confident communicator and presenter, capable of explaining data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, collaborative, problem-solving, and team-oriented.
- Attention to detail and numeracy skills, with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills and media owner relationships.
- Commercial awareness to ensure value for clients and the agency.
- Experience with other ATL channels (cinema, radio, OOH, publishing, digital audio).
- Experience in new business pitches and team management, including training new joiners.
Interview process includes two stages:
- First stage: Teams interview with our Head of AV and Investment Director focusing on competencies and career relevance.
- Second stage: In-person interview with the Head of AV, Investment Director, and Chief Investment Officer, including a 20-minute presentation of a proud work sample and Q&A.
