Job summary

RCC Connect is seeking an Installations and Service Technician to install, commission, and maintain AV systems at client sites across the UK. You will work with projects and operations teams to build rack-based systems and to diagnose faults with video, audio and networking equipment.

The role requires strong self-motivation, good communication in a cross-functional team, and the ability to manage documentation and incidents.

Qualifications

• Background in AV, electrical engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of video, audio, and networking systems.
• Experience installing and terminating structured cabling.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and maintain AV systems at client sites across the UK.
• Build and install AV and rack-based systems.
• Maintain, service and upgrade technical equipment across sites in the UK.
• Manage incidents and faults, document progress and escalate when needed.
• Manage and update documentation.
