Job summary

Live Recruitment is seeking an AV & Event Production - Business Development Manager in Coventry. The first dedicated sales hire will build the new-business engine, reporting to the MD, with hybrid work and international travel.

You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and receive uncapped commission on a strong, repeat-revenue platform. You will open agency relationships, develop existing accounts and shape pricing and proposals with the MD, while maintaining CRM

Qualifications

• Proven new-business sales experience in events or production services.
• Ability to build and manage a pipeline over long sales cycles.
• Experience running full sales cycles from prospecting to close.
• CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and convert a qualified pipeline of exhibition, conference and live event opportunities.
• Open new agency accounts, prioritising clients with recurring project flow.
• Run the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to close.
• Develop existing accounts with clear headroom, growing share of event spend.
• Maintain rigorous CRM discipline across pipeline, activity and forecasting.
• Collaborate with the MD on pricing, proposals and sales strategy.
