We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced AV Engineer to participate in these projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget alongside the Project Manager.

As the PM’s main interface with the engineering team, you will work with some of the world’s top shipyards, architects, and interior designers on incredible projects.

Key attributes:

• Understanding of audiovisual, mechanical, and electrical services, their integration, regulations, protocols, and related technical language, including control systems, lighting, HVAC, BMS, access control & security.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project, and MS 365 suite
• Good time management skills
• Developing task lists
• Accuracy and management of project documentation
• Team leadership in managing engineers and good delegation skills
• Ability to impart engineering knowledge and train others
• Monitoring and reporting project progress to the PM
• Managing relationships and interfaces with other contractors
• Team player with the ability to identify weaknesses and offer guidance and assistance
• Experience supervising in the super yacht market or a relevant industry
• Ability to work independently in an organized and efficient manner
• An eye for detail and a good understanding of quality control
• Excellent technical and personal communication skills
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
• Clean driving license preferred
• Punctual, professional appearance, capable of representing the company in meetings with clients

Key technical skills required:

• Experience with Crestron DM and NVX systems
• Knowledge of network architecture and experience with networks
• Experience with digital audio systems such as Qsys or BSS
• Experience with lighting systems like Crestron and Lutron, including programming and installation
• Strong fault-finding and commissioning skills
• Proficiency with hand tools, test equipment, and soldering skills

Beneficial but not essential:

Knowledge of foreign languages such as Dutch or German
