Job summary

AV Xpert Limited is seeking a Client Account Manager to build and grow long-term relationships with customers across AV installations, event production, equipment hire and service. You will own opportunities from enquiry to conversion, supported by our technical pre‑sales team for site surveys and design.

You will handle enquiries and develop pipelines, re‑engage dormant accounts, and shape proposals to fit client needs while maintaining gross‑profit targets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer relationships and winning work.
• Confident handling of enquiries, proposals and negotiation to conversion.
• Able to understand technical requirements and translate them for customers.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Organised, reliable and able to hold several accounts at once.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with key customers across hire, service and installation.
• Handle incoming enquiries and qualify customer needs.
• Identify installation, service and event opportunities with existing and lapsed accounts.
• Own opportunities commercially from enquiry through proposal, follow‑up and conversion.
• Work with the technical pre‑sales team on site surveys, system design and specification.
• Write clear, accurate proposals and quotes.
• Negotiate and close, then hand over cleanly to the delivery team.
• Maintain regular, proactive contact with your accounts.
