VON Canada seeks registered nurses to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred home and community care across regions. You will assess clients, create care plans, and work with a team to provide high-quality nursing services in clients' homes and clinics.

You will perform wound care, IV therapy, disease management, and palliative care while engaging families and communities. A valid RN license, vehicle, and willingness to travel are required, with ongoing professional development and benefits

Qualifikationen

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the province of practice.
• Community health experience is an asset.
• Must enjoy driving and have a personal vehicle with valid license and insurance.
• Criminal Records Check and vulnerable sector checks may be required.

• Assess clients and develop individual care plans.
• Provide primary care in collaboration with other health professionals.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, dialysis management, and phlebotomy.
• Deliver chronic disease management and patient education.
• Support palliative and end-of-life care and medication management.
