Job summary

Inizio is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Homecare Nursing Team. You will deliver PN and IV therapies in patients’ homes, assess conditions, and escalate concerns as needed.

Role requires 1+ year post-qualification experience, current NMC registration, and a UK driving licence. Travel between visits is part of the role, with a supportive, inclusive team and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current NMC Registration is essential.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum one year post-registration nursing experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Current valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care in patients' homes and community settings.
• Administer prescribed Parenteral Nutrition (PN), IV therapies and clinical interventions in line with SOPs and standards.
• Assess patients, identify changes in condition and escalate clinical concerns appropriately.
• Support treatment initiation, ongoing care and transitions from hospital to home.
• Train, educate and empower patients, families and carers to safely manage treatment and build independence.
• Provide clinical advice and support while building relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with NHS colleagues and wider teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records per governance and policy.
