Job summary

Active Personnel in Telford is seeking a Recruitment Consultant (Perms or Temps) with a proven billing history to join the branch. The role covers all aspects of the 360 recruitment process across industrial, engineering, and commercial sectors and allows full autonomy to run your own desk.

You’ll develop client bases, source candidates, and manage interviews and closures, with a high-commission structure and clear career progression within a large independent recruiter with 65+ UK branches.

Qualifications

• Driving license required for client visits.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
• Proactive sales initiative to win new business.
• Resilient and money-motivated.
• Team player able to share ideas and best practices.
• Experience recruiting perms or temps in relevant sectors.

Responsibilities

• Full 360 recruitment process from business development to job briefings, sourcing, interviews, offers and closures.
• Candidate sourcing via job boards, referrals, headhunting and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to drive sales.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise branch success.
