Wayve, a London-based AI platform for autonomous driving, is seeking a Software Engineer for the Platform Integration team. You’ll combine hands-on vehicle and bench work with production software development to enable safe, scalable deployment across multiple vehicle programs.

You’ll work on embedded compute, ROS2 middleware, Linux-based robot systems, and diagnostics, partnering with hardware, safety, controls and reliability teams to improve reuse and reliability across programs.

Formación

• Experience developing production software for Linux-based robotic or automotive platforms.
• Hands-on experience with ROS2 or similar middleware.
• Proficient in C++, Python or Rust for embedded systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support vehicle and bench bring-up including HiL systems and vehicles.
• Develop vehicle-facing software components and shared frameworks.
• Diagnose integration issues across software and hardware boundaries.
• Identify architectural improvements to reduce bespoke work and improve reuse.
• Build diagnostics, tooling and metrics for robot software reliability.
