Moove AV in London is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Manager to own fleet health end-to-end. You will ensure every deployed unit is ready, diagnosed, and performing to standard, serving as the hub between diagnostic teams, product engineers, ride-hail ops, and vendors.

You will lead the FD&R team, drive performance, optimize workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to maximize vehicles in service while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance or related technical field.
• AV experience is greatly preferred.
• Experience in leading and developing vehicle technicians.

• Fleet Health & Deployment Strategy: develop and implement fleet health strategies.
• Deployment Readiness: ensure fleet is deployment-ready with assessments and evaluations.
• Technical Leadership: lead diagnostic initiatives to maintain vehicle performance and safety.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: analyze fleet data and monitor KPIs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with product teams and Ride Hail Ops managers.
• Team Leadership: coach and staff FD&R team with a culture of improvement.
• Vendor & Partner Management: manage third-party vendor performance.
