Moove AV in the United Kingdom is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Supervisor (AVOS) to lead the daily Ride Hail operations, oversee Fleet Deployment Specialists, AV Cleaners and Calibration Associates, and ensure fleet safety, cleanliness, charging and mission readiness.

You will drive data‑driven improvements, mentor frontline staff, deliver onboarding, monitor KPIs, and maintain compliance with safety and SOPs.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience in Operations, Fleet, Mobility, or Logistics Management.
• 2+ years experience leading and managing teams with training, coaching, and feedback.
• Strong technical fluency with Google Workspace and Slack.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — translate data into operational actions.
• Kaizen or continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work outside standard business hours.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Authorized to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise daily Ride Hail Operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant fleet activities.
• Supervise daily activities of Fleet Deployment Specialists, AV Cleaners, and Calibration Associates, ensuring performance, safety, and quality standards.
• Conduct Daily Quality Checks: Identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in the Train-the-Trainer program to stay current on standards and training best practices.
• Monitor and report on operational KPIs using data analytics to identify trends and improvements.
• Maintain adherence to all Ride Hailing, Maintenance, Safety, and Environmental SOPs.
• Serve as escalation point for incidents and lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with training, safety, and leadership teams to ensure compliance.
• Present findings, data insights, and improvement plans to leadership.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback sessions.
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance fleet availability and efficiency.
