Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Basingstoke (with clinics in Winchester and Andover) is seeking a Band 6 Uro-Gynaecology Nurse Specialist to deliver expert assessment, care planning and education for women with complex urogynaecological conditions.

You will manage an autonomous caseload within the Women's Health team, providing specialist advice on continence care, pessary management and bladder dysfunction, and leading service development with a patient-centred approach.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in urogynecology or continence care preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert assessment and care planning for women with complex urogynaecological conditions.
• Manage autonomous caseload and deliver follow-up and education.
• Deliver specialist interventions and advice on continence care and pessary management.
• Support service development and ensure high standards of care.
