Job summary

Quay Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Southern UK to own a high-potential medical device territory. You will develop existing accounts, win new business and demonstrate a premium range of patient handling equipment to NHS and private healthcare customers.

This field-based role offers autonomy, a competitive base salary (£45,000–£55,000), a company van, pension and performance bonuses. Travel across Southern UK is required to cover Wales to Kent.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B field sales experience.
• Strong new business and account development skills.
• Confident presenting and demonstrating products.
• Commercial, self-motivated and comfortable managing your own territory.
• Medical device, healthcare or capital equipment experience is advantageous, but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop existing accounts and win new business in Southern UK.
• Demonstrate and present premium medical device equipment to healthcare customers.
• Own and manage the territory autonomously.
• Travel across the territory and build relationships with NHS and private healthcare organisations.
