Job summary

ARX is seeking a Workshop, Verification and Validation Testing Manager to own the integration, verification and validation activities for autonomous ground systems. You will build a best-in-class testing function, bridging workshop, test range and field operations to deliver mission-ready robots.

You will design master test strategies, lead a modern test environment with HIL rigs and simulation tools, and orchestrate real-world validation events.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering formal test campaigns against defined requirements in regulated or mission-critical settings.
• Experience building and operating hardware-in-the-loop test rigs and automation frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex test results into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the master test strategy for autonomous ground systems to ensure quality and reliability.
• Build and lead a state-of-the-art test environment including workshop facilities, HIL rigs, and simulation tools.
• Orchestrate validation events in real-world environments from live trials to customer acceptance tests.
• Drive verification campaigns providing concrete proof that systems meet high performance and safety standards.
• Develop automated regression testing processes to accelerate development cycles and improve software quality.
• Ensure a traceable link from customer needs to fully validated, mission-ready systems.
• Provide input to design process as the authority on verifiability and readiness.
• Translate complex test outcomes into clear reports for engineering, management and leadership.
