Job summary

Duobuilt is seeking a Residential Site Manager to take day-to-day responsibility for high-end residential projects from site establishment through to completion and handover. You will work with Project Manager and senior management, enjoying autonomy to oversee all trades and ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-end residential projects.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate multiple trades.
• Excellent communication with clients, architects and subcontractors.
• Thorough understanding of architectural drawings and finishes.
• Solid knowledge of OH&S compliance on site.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating all trades and subcontractors on site
• Taking ownership of the site program, construction sequencing and daily site activities
• Directing trades and holding subcontractors accountable for quality, workmanship and timeframes
• Maintaining high standards of construction quality and finish
• Conducting detailed inspections and identifying defects or potential issues
• Reviewing and interpreting architectural, structural and engineering drawings
• Coordinating materials, deliveries and site logistics
• Managing site safety, SWMS, OH&S and compliance requirements
• Building strong working relationships with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors
• Ensuring projects are delivered to the required standard, program and client expectations
