QED Legal Recruitment Limited is assisting a national law firm to hire a Residential Conveyancer in Solihull. The role offers autonomy over your caseload, a supportive team and hybrid working after a settling-in period.

You will independently manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion, handling freehold and leasehold transactions and developing client relationships within the local market.

Qualifications

• Qualified Residential Conveyancer able to independently manage own caseload.
• Strong technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Personable, organized and comfortable dealing with clients and parties.
• Eligible as Solicitor, CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer with caseload autonomy.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage your own conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and equity releases.
• Check titles and manage matters through to completion.
• Develop relationships with clients and professional contacts.
