QED Legal Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant for its Solihull office. You will support experienced conveyancers across a varied caseload within a national law firm.

In this hands-on role, you will open and maintain files, prepare documents and liaise with clients and lenders to keep transactions progressing smoothly from instruction to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Residential Conveyancing department is desirable.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain conveyancing files.
• Prepare and issue documentation.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Assist with searches and Land Registry matters.
• Support exchanges and completions.
• Handle post-completion administration.
