Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Tonbridge seeks a trainee recruitment consultant to source automotive candidates and manage end-to-end recruitment across our client base. You will start earning from day one through uncapped commissions and a structured bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience: Sales experience or zero recruitment experience; attitude and drive matter most.
• Traits: Highly motivated, competitive, reliable, detail-focused, with a willingness to graft and hit target commissions.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing automotive candidates daily via phone, LinkedIn, and job boards.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle: crafting ads, screening CVs, preparing candidates for interviews.
• Coordinating with 700+ client businesses to schedule interviews and manage hiring needs.
