Job summary

Cotech Building Careers is seeking two Project Surveyors in the UK with experience in Partnership housing to take full lifecycle control of projects and to manage and forecast cash flow.

You will produce accurate CVRs, handle supply chain management, and deal with valuations for clients and subcontractors, enjoying autonomy and opportunities to grow within a business that rewards achievement and commercial success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Partnership housing projects.
• Ability to take full lifecycle control of projects.
• Forecasting cash flow and CVR accuracy.
