Job summary

Fulkrum is seeking an experienced Quality & HSE Adviser to own the Integrated Management System and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. The role combines quality management with practical HSE governance to support audits, certifications and client assurance.

You will lead ISO 9001 activities, coordinate audits, manage non-conformances and provide practical risk guidance to senior stakeholders, auditors and clients, while balancing independence with specialist support.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in quality management and maintaining or improving a QMS.
• Good working knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Experience undertaking internal audits and closing corrective actions.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience with quality, safety and regulatory compliance in technical services.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of Fulkrum’s Integrated Management System, ensuring policies, procedures, registers and templates remain current and effective.
• Lead the review and continuous improvement of the management system against standards and client expectations.
• Coordinate certification and accreditation activity and support audits.
• Provide proportionate HSE advice, manage risk and escalate as needed.
• Develop tender and client assurance documentation and support bids.
