Qualifications

• Residential property management experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of lettings procedures.
• Understanding of current housing legislation including Section 8.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential lettings portfolio from start to finish.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Ensure landlord instructions comply with current legislation.
• Oversee Gas Safety and Electrical Safety Certificate compliance.
• Issue and monitor maintenance works orders through to completion.
• Maintain accurate property records and deposits.
