Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess, plan and deliver treatment for service users with complex needs. You will work across community and inpatient settings within the Trust, using MOHO-informed approaches and contributing to MDT care plans.

You will provide individual and group OT sessions, supervise staff and students, and build partnerships with community services to support social inclusion and recovery.

Qualifications

• MOHO knowledge and use MOHO outcome measures.
• Experience in community mental health MDT settings.
• Ability to plan and deliver individual & group OT sessions.
• Commitment to patient‑centred care and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• To carry out OT assessment and treatment of allocated patients.
• Plan, conduct and participate in various treatment sessions.
• Provide clinical and other support to multidisciplinary team.
• To carry out 1:1 and group sessions.
• To work in close liaison with other disciplines involved in care and treatment.
• To develop partnership working with agencies to support optimal care.
