Job summary

Leaders In Care Ltd. is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse/Advisor to deliver case management, health surveillance and vaccination services across client sites in the Cardiff area.

You will run wellbeing clinics, manage stock and maintain accurate records while working with a collaborative team and KPIs. A valid NMC pin and OH qualification are required, with at least 2 years’ OH experience and a driving licence.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an NMC pin and an Occupational Health qualification.
• At least 2 years' Occupational Health experience with clinical skills.
• Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Deliver case management assessments and health surveillance.
• Provide vaccinations and drug/alcohol screening in workplaces.
• Conduct DSE and other workplace health assessments.
• Run wellbeing clinics and manage medical stock.
• Maintain confidential clinical records and policies.
• Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
