Job summary

Milborne Port Surgery seeks an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Paramedic Practitioner to join our compassionate rural team. You will work autonomously within primary care, with GP and FCP support, to assess, diagnose and treat patients and to refer as needed.

A strong focus on access, continuity of care and patient satisfaction is essential. The role is part-time, with opportunities for education and professional development.

Qualifications

• Qualified or near-qualified as Independent Prescriber.
• Full registration with NMC or HCPC (UK).
• Experience working in Primary Care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat conditions of patients in primary care.
• Initiate internal and external referrals as appropriate.
• Provide autonomous practitioner care with GP and FCP support.
