Qualifications

• Provide continuity of care for a delegated clinical caseload.

Skills

Competent in all aspects of midwifery practice

Recent experience in hospital or community setting

Knowledge of antenatal and newborn screening

Proficient in neonatal resuscitation

Working knowledge of clinical governance

Education

Registered Midwife

BSc midwifery studies or equivalent

Mentorship/Preceptorship qualification
