Job summary

Unknown Client, working with a leading UK property owner, is seeking a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a diverse commercial portfolio across the Midlands. This is an excellent move for an experienced commercial property professional seeking greater autonomy and control of their portfolio within a client-side role.

You will manage day-to-day operations of industrial, office and retail assets, coordinating with stakeholders, occupiers and external consultants to maximise performance

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property management, with multi-site portfolios ideal.
• Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters, service charges, and property legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• MRICS qualification would be advantageous, though relevant experience is equally important.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a mixed commercial portfolio across the Midlands.
• Oversee landlord and tenant matters, including lease events, renewals, rent reviews and occupier relationships.
• Manage service charge budgets, expenditure and reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and portfolio value.
• Oversee maintenance, compliance and planned works with facilities management teams and contractors.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Support asset management initiatives and property strategy across the portfolio.
