Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer (Highly Autonomous) to maintain a private fleet of boats and marine equipment. The role offers autonomy to manage workload, with support for technical training and ongoing upskilling.

You will work across electrical and mechanical systems, taking ownership of maintenance across assets and projects, and collaborating with senior management to plan activities.

• Experience across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to manage own workload autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company vessels, equipment and property.
• Work autonomously on electrical, mechanical and engineering projects.
• Develop and maintain a prototype boat alongside existing fleet.
