Job summary

UK Space Jobs is seeking an on-site Stores and Logistics Co-ordinator to support day-to-day stock movement, ensure accurate receipt and issue of parts, and coordinate UK and international shipments with HMRC paperwork. You will work in a regulated environment with full training and a focus on autonomy and work-life balance.

The role offers a salary of £30,000–£35,000, 33 days holiday, and benefits like an early Friday finish and a supportive, close-knit team culture.

Qualifications

• Logistics / stores / shipping background with international import/export experience
• Experience preparing HMRC customs documentation, ideally within a regulated industry
• Organised, detail-focused, able to work autonomously

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day stores and logistics support on site
• Booking in and organising parts and materials
• Supporting UK and international shipments and basic paperwork
• Liaising with internal teams and external couriers / freight partners
• Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday early finish
