Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to work at a GP practice in Gainsborough. The post is suited to practitioners from nursing, paramedic, or allied health backgrounds who can deliver autonomous clinical assessments and safe decision-making within a structured primary care setting.

You will run your own clinics within a multidisciplinary team, with flexible sessions up to four days per week, morning and afternoon slots, and long-term ongoing engagements.

Competenze

• ACP qualification Level 7/Postgraduate required.
• Independent Prescribing qualification preferred.
• Recent primary/urgent care experience.
• Confident autonomous clinician with strong decision-making skills.

• Conducting acute and same-day access clinics.
• Autonomous assessment, diagnosis and management of undifferentiated presentations.
• Telephone triage and clinical streaming.
• Ordering and interpreting investigations.
• Prescribing safely within scope (where qualified).
• Managing follow-up actions, results and referral workflows.
• Documenting clearly using the practice clinical system.
