Locum Ready is seeking a Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to work with a GP practice in Grimsby. You will deliver comprehensive assessments, make safe clinical decisions, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes within a supportive primary care environment.

The role offers flexible ad-hoc or regular sessions, including morning and afternoon clinics. Independent prescribing is desirable, and you will work alongside GPs, nurses and wider clinical staff to meet patient demand.

Competenze

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner training at Level 7.
• Independent Prescribing qualification desirable.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or emergency settings.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and patient communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in clinic.
• Enhanced DBS and up-to-date clinical training.
