Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group’s Technology & Transformation team seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery from concept to benefits realisation at their head office in Doncaster. You’ll own projects from day one, shaping requirements with the business, managing budgets, governance and stakeholder engagement, and driving change across a large, multi-site organisation.

The role offers autonomy within a lean PMO, direct exposure to senior leadership, and a hybrid delivery

Qualifications

Track record delivering multiple business change projects end to end.
Strong governance, documentation and senior stakeholder management.
Ability to operate with autonomy in a self-serve delivery setting.
Flexible approach to methodologies; hybrid delivery.
Construction/housebuilding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Run several concurrent business and technology change projects, end to end.
Lead requirements gathering and business analysis with stakeholders across the organisation.
Own robust project plans, RAID logs and governance documentation.
Manage budgets, suppliers and cross-functional resources.
Deliver training, service transition and benefits measurement.
Drive organisational change across a geographically dispersed business.
