Job summary

Blusource Recruitment is partnering with an international organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor. You’ll provide proactive HR support across multiple sites, manage employee relations matters, and coach managers to improve people management.

Based in Nottinghamshire, you will have autonomy, travel between sites and contribute to HR policy development, with HiBob experience advantageous. Competitive salary plus car allowance on offer.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor or HR generalist.
• Strong employee relations experience and UK employment law knowledge.
• Confident advising, coaching and influencing managers.
• Comfortable working independently and travelling between sites.

Nottinghamshire £40,000 £46,000 Car Allowance Full-Time

Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for more autonomy, variety and the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing business? Blusource Recruitment is exclusively partnering with an established international organisation employing over 500 people across the UK to recruit an experienced HR Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing HR function, working closely with managers across multiple sites to provide practical advice, build strong relationships and help shape how HR supports the business.

You’ll have the freedom to manage your own workload, influence improvements and become a trusted HR partner to the teams you support.

The Role

• Providing proactive HR advice and support across 3 4 operational sites
• Managing employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance issues
• Coaching managers to build confidence and improve people management
• Supporting the development of HR policies, benefits, systems and processes, including HiBob
• Helping implement people initiatives and improve employee engagement
• Working closely with the UK HR lead to deliver HR priorities

About You

• Experienced HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor or HR generalist
• Strong employee relations experience and UK employment law knowledge
• Confident advising, coaching and influencing managers
• Comfortable working independently and travelling between sites
• Proactive, approachable and commercially minded

Experience in a multi-site environment or using HiBob would be advantageous, although not essential. Practical HR experience is valued above formal qualifications, so CIPD is not essential.
