You will join Young's as Head Chef, based at one of our Cambridge sites, taking full ownership of kitchen leadership and menu creation. You will develop seasonal menus using local ingredients, while mentoring your team and driving quality across all dishes.

This role focuses on managing the kitchen, cost control, and delivering exceptional pub dining experiences with a creative, local flair.

Qualifikationen

• Inspire a team and lead by example.
• Experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef with strong leadership.
• Ability to develop and cost fresh seasonal menus.
• Excellent communication skills and hands-on approach.

Aufgaben

• Manage all aspects of kitchen operations.
• Develop recipes and seasonal menus.
• Cost controls and GP targets.
• Lead and train kitchen staff and maintain health & safety standards.
• Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure quality service.
