Job summary

Manor Court Surgery, a busy GP practice in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, seeks two motivated salaried GPs for up to 4–6 sessions per week each. You will provide autonomous, patient-centred care and contribute to clinical governance within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Qualified GP with CCT and GMC registration.
• Experience in primary care and QOF/clinical audits.
• Knowledge of MPS/MDU indemnity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, patient-centred medical care to the practice population.
• Prescribe medicines generically, following local and national guidance.
• Undertake telephone triage and duty doctor responsibilities on a rotation.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in line with standards.
• Participate in audits and quality improvement activities (QOF).
• Support clinical governance, training, financial and HR management.
• Attend meetings and contribute to practice development and innovation.
• Promote self-learning and development; train medical students when needed.
